COVID-19 Updates

Manistee County Government Center and Courthouse will re-open to the public on Monday, June 7, 2021.

For Immediate Release

Thanks to everyone’s vigilance throughout the County with the fight against COVID-19, the Manistee County Government Center/Courthouse will reopen to the public starting Monday, June 7, 2021.

The Government Center/Courthouse will resume in-person business hours from 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Please allow yourself some extra time as there will be continued screening process upon entrance to our building.  

It is important to note that if you have business with any of the Court Offices or Court Rooms, masks are still required whether or not you are vaccinated per the State Court Administrator’s Office.

If your business is in the Government Center, masks are only required if you are not vaccinated. 

We ask that if you do not feel well, please stay home.  

Any services that can be conducted alternatively (U.S. Mail, online, or by phone) should be handled in that manner.  There is also a drop box located at the entry of the building.   Please visit our new website to view what services are available electronically.
