Concealed Pistol License

License Information

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older; a citizen of the United States or a resident legal alien as defined in Section 11 of Title 18 of the United States Code; a resident of this state-residing in this state for at least 6 months; and a resident in the county of application.

Application for a Concealed Weapons License, for first time applicant, must be submitted in person at the County Clerk's office where you reside. 

The cost for applying for a concealed weapons license is $100. Applicant's requiring fingerprinting will be required to pay an additional $15 to the entity to who provides the fingerprinting service. Fingerprint information can be obtained at the time of application for a concealed weapons license.
