• $5 each for additional copies of the same record purchased the same day

Certified Copies of Court Documents

• $10 for the 1st page

Copies of Documents

• Non Certified - $1 per page (i.e. Doing Business As (DBA), copy of court document, election results)
• Fax Copy - $3 per page
• Register of Actions - $3 per page
• Liber Pages - $3 per page
• Naturalization Documents - $5 per page

Paying Online

The Manistee County Clerk’s Office is now accepting payments by credit card through GovPayNet. All records paid for by credit card must have a written request submitted to the Manistee County Clerk’s Office. Requests may be submitted via mail, fax or by email.
