Auction

Title Check, LLC, handles the auction process for Manistee County. The auction for foreclosed properties is held once each year, typically in August or September, and is on-line only. The 2023 auction will be held on Friday, August 25th. A re-offer auction will be held on Friday, September 29th for parcels that sold, but the sale fell through.
