FEE SCHEDULE

The Manistee County Clerk's Office is now accepting payments by credit card through GovPayNet.

*All records paid for by credit card must have a written request submitted to the Manistee County Clerk's Office. Requests may be submitted via mail, fax or by email.*


Certified Vital Records

$15.00 per name (Non-refundable)

Additional copies of the same record purchased the same day - $5.00 each

NOTARY PUBLIC FEE

Notary Public service is provided free of charge for up to a maximum of two (2) notarized signatures within forty-eight (48) hours. After the two (2) free notarized transactions, the fee would be $5 per notarized signature transaction.


ASSUMED NAME/DBA INFORMATION

DBA Registration Forms are available in the County Clerk's Office.  The form requires a Notarized Signature.  A DBA preserves the name of your business in Manistee County only.
A DBA is valid for a period of 5 years.

Fee: $10.00 at the time of filing.

NOTARY PUBLIC LICENSE

Notary Public Applications are available in the County Clerk's Office.  A $10,000 Notary Public Bond must be filed at the County Clerk's Office.
Fee: $10.00 to file the Notary Bond in the County Clerk's Office

A $10.00 Fee must be sent with the Notary Application to the State of Michigan.
