The Manistee County Airport Authority is a seven-member board that oversees the operation of Manistee Blacker Airport. The Manistee County Airport Authority meets on the second Monday of the month at 10:00 A.M. in the Conference Room inside the Airport located at 2323 Airport Road in Manistee. The meetings are open to the public.
